Transit Form
All guests of Mayan Holidaze are required to complete a transit form. Regardless if you have purchased ground transportation through Cloud 9 Adventures, or have arranged your own transportation to NOW Sapphire, every individual guest must complete his/her own transit form.
Travel Insurance
Cloud 9 Adventures strongly urges our guests of Mayan Holidaze to take part in our travel insurance program. The travel insurance program ($79 Per-Person, Non-refundable) helps protect travelers whose trips are cancelled or interrupted due to unforeseen events such as emergency illness or injury to the traveler or a travel companion, missed or delayed flights, lost or stolen luggage, and emergency medical and dental expenses, as well as 24 hour emergency travel assistance.
Why Purchase Travel Protection?
Travel protection provides you with the necessary coverage to help safeguard your travel "investment" from unforeseen circumstances such as:
- Illness or injury to you or a traveling companion or immediate family member causing you to cancel or interrupt your trip
- Jury duty
- Job layoff or termination
- Terrorist events
- Bankruptcy or default of your airline, resort or tour operator
- A hurricane that strikes your trip
Cloud 9 Adventures offers you a leading travel insurance plan through our partnership with iTravel Insured. iTravel Insured specializes in providing quality coverage, and superior customer care and claim service to our Mayan Holidaze passengers. When you add Travel Insurance to your trip, you protect yourself from your policy's effective date through your return home. Pre-Departure coverage begins the day after iTravel Insured receives your application. Pre-Existing Conditions will only be covered if travel insurance is purchased within 14 days of booking.

Upon purchasing travel insurance, you will receive an invoice that contains all pertinent information with regards to your policy and coverage.
Airport Transfers
Mayan Holidaze is within 30 minutes from Cancun Airport (CUN). We are offering roundtrip Shuttle Service between the airport and the resort for $45 round trip. Make sure to select Shuttle Service prior to checkout when making your Mayan Holidaze reservation if you would like to have your transportation arranged for you.
